So, if, you are not 100% satisfied with any product purchased from us you can return it to us hassle-free for a full refund. To return one of our products please contact our Customer Service department at 1 800 280 8478 before shipping the product to us. You will need to request and obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping. Once the authorization number has been issued to you by one of our customer service representatives, you can then ship the item to us. When the product has been received and examined we can provide you with your product refund. Merchandise must be in original condition and must include accessories if any, warranty cards, manuals and original packaging materials.

For hygienic and/or health reasons, there are some items that do not qualify for exchanges or returns if the packages have been opened. If a return or exchange is refused by, merchandise will be returned and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge. Defective items may only be exchanged unless the item is out of stock or discontinued. Any defective items must first be returned before we ship the replacement item. All returns are for the original purchase price less shipping & handling.

30 Day Return Policy

Our 30 day return policy begins when you receive your item and lasts for 30 days after that date so in order to be eligible for refund, items must bear a postmark showing it was posted within 30 days after you first received your product.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days from the time that receives the merchandise. Refunds will be credited to the credit card or debit card account used for the original purchase.
